Set Up A Data Source - problems

Question

We are trying to set our first data source.

The objective is to upload a few additional dimensions related to Transaction ID, namely Final Order Status, Credit Check result etc.

I allocated several eVars and mapped these dimensions. I am not clear about metrics. I chose Orders, Units and Revenue but left them empty as this data is already in Adobe Analytics and I don't want to create any duplications. I am not sure if I have to populate these metrics or it is OK to leave them empty.

Also, it is not clear how to download a template for a second time. First time it failed because of the incorrect format. When I tried to download the template again I couldn't find how to do this.
