I have a segment defined under our Production report suite. I want to share this with another Production report suite, but even though it shows up in the list of shared profiles, I cannot find it on Workspace for use.
Please can you suggest if this action is possible or if I am missing something?

As long as the dimensions/ metrics in the segment are available on the other report suite, for example, evar1 is in the segment on report suite A, this evar1 also needs to be on report suite B to use that segment.
A segment can also be built on classification of a variable. Since different report suite can have different classification structures, it wouldn't be available to use if that classification is not available in report suite.
