Hi,

 

I have not been able to see my Segment panel after the analytics upgrade. Previously whenever My segment panel is loading for infinite time, I used to switch to Firefox and it would work there. Now with the new upgrade, I cant see anything in Firefox also, rather Firefox is worse now as the screen is so much streached that not only the segment panel is missing but the report view is not seen too! Please help me enable my segment panel and let me know if there is any browser preferences with new changes in Adobe Analytics!! or what can I do to get this working

I see. I would recommend you to upgrade your Chrome version if it is not yet and clear the cache of the browser. Thanks!

Hi Priyanka,

You should find the segment manager under Components menu at the top. The segment panel you slide in once you hover your cursor to the left end of the window.

If you are inside a report you would see the segment icon on the far left under the 'My Analytics' Icon. Once your click on that the segment panel would appear.

Sorry if I wasn't clear in my communication. Actually I do know where to navigate to get the segment panel, its just that it would never load in chrome. I upgraded my Firefox and it did work there. Thanks!
