Segment on Bounces

Is there any way I can create a segment (or filter) on Bounces only - or conversely on Visits that are not a Bounce? We can filter on Visit Depth = 1 but I suspect that the results are different from what a segment actually on bounce rate would show.

@Silk , that is how I have created single-page visit segments personally. If the results appear to be different than what you get when looking at a Single-Page Visits metric, you may want to open up a ticket with Adobe Customer Care or run it by a consultant if you've got one.

@benjamingaines What about users who download or click an exit link? I was under the impression that the true bounce rate does not include those users. However, a single-page segment would.
