Search term analysis using Javascript

Hi, Adobe community,

We are implementing Adobe Analytics using Javascript. We are looking ways to instrument search term analysis metrics.

We have a search box on our home page. The user can input search term, choose from a dropdown of search categories and search pages on our website. The goal is to find how users detected pages on our website.

I haven't found an example on the online doc. Any input on how you have instrumented such analysis?
