Schedule data feeds through an API

Current process of datafeed schedulling requires writting every request through client care.

This involves sometimes writting FTP logins and passwords through insecure connections (HTTP).

Not to say that this is very repetitive, since all configuration (e.g. notifications email) is the same every time.

Datafeed schedulling should be a feature avaliable through an API (e.g. Omniture Enterprise API), and should not require human interaction.
