SC_Stub error - setTagContainer method missing?

Hello - I'm working with tagging a new site using ATM 2.0.  I have a new site tag and container. DigitalPulse shows the tag firing, but in Chrome, I see this error  shown below but I can't see why this is happening.    My container has only one product/code:  SiteCatalyst.

Any hints appreciated.

  1. Uncaught TypeError: Object #<SC_Stub> has no method 'setTagContainer' sitecatalyst.js:178
    1. (anonymous function)

Can you give us a URL of the page you're seeing this error on? Having a web page to troubleshoot against gives us the necessary information to figure out what's wrong.

As a side note, DTM will ultimately be replacing ATM 2.0 in the future. If your organization is in a position to migrate to it, I would highly recommend doing so.

Thanks for the reply.   I am unable to publicly share the URL at this time.  I was hoping you'd be able to provide some quick advice simply from the error message since I hadn't added any additional tagging beyond the SiteCatalyst tab in my ATM 2.0 container.  Surely someone viewing has encountered this error?

Meanwhile, ATM 2.0 is a great tool and I hate to see it go away so soon, however we look forward to getting on DTM as soon as we have ATM running smoothly with current work.  Would love to see some case study videos, or how-to posts regarding ATM -> DTM migrations, etc.

Could you share with us the URL of the ATM 2.0 loader of the container you are using? I can try to replicate your implementation on a test site.
