Same segment shows different display between Report Builder and Ad hoc.

Hi,

After big updated in SiteCatalyst, there are many difference from previous version, I know.
And I'd like to know there is situation in segment of Report Builder.

I wonder why the different display appears in the report builder and Ad hoc even they are in the same segment.
One display has a container red background(meaning "excluding") but the other has not(meaning "including").

I would like to know how to recover.
