SAINT: More logical filters for exporting SAINT files ex: NOT, OR, etc.

Currently only method to trim the contents of a SAINT file is by date and '*' wildcard.  Often it would be useful to more accurately filter the file needed with common logical operators like NOT, OR, etc. to exclude values, specify a limited set of values, etc.

Example: NOT *grey*, *black* OR *white*
