SAINT data propagation notice in reports not just admin UI

The SAINT admin UI displays a handy little notification that a particular report has data that hasn't propagated to all servers yet - see screenshot

It would very helpful to have that same status message appear in the actual reports the data is being classified for. This way I don't have to reassure users that indeed I uploaded their data and it's not my fault that the data is not there yet ;-)
