Report Download issues

Hello, 

I am having issues downloading a full report within omniture.  For example I have Time Parting as the main report and it is broken down by Purchase Id's.  When I go to download the report it just displays the first page.  Usually there is an option to extend the rows of the report to fit everything but even that isn't coming up.  Any help would be much appreciated.

Customer Care actually resolved the issue for me, I needed to do a data extract and sort my initial report by the purchase id's within data extract.  Thanks for the help though!

What kind of report are you attempting to download? Is it a data extract?
