report builder user login unsuccessful

can't login to report builder-error is user login unsuccessful. this is not due to any issues with credentials. can anyone help?

Also make sure the correct 'login' type is selected in the sign-in box you can do Marketing Cloud, Single Sign-on and Standard. You might have clicked into the wrong login type and that can cause issues with signing in.
