Report Builder Reverse Sorting of Time Granularity

I would like to reverse the sorting of the granularity in report builder from ascending to descending.

If I set the granularity to week and setup the table layout with week in the Columns it is automatically sorted Week1 in the most left column and then ascending to the right with Week2, 3, etc.

I would like to reverse the sorting, so that the most recent week is in the most left column and then descending to the right with Weekx-1, x-2 etc.

Is this possible with rBuilder or do I have to process the Data after the import with excel functionalites?

I am not aware of any sort order in the old Report Builder, but the new Report Builder can be sorted:

https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/analytics/analyze/report-builder/report-buider-overview

However, check what feature are and aren't supported and if this would be able to fill your need.

I will say though, I usually like to pull in the raw data with Report Builder, then bring the content into a styled sheet (hiding the raw data sheets). This just gives me a lot more options to display the content the way I want, without messing with the raw data being brought in...  but I get it, if you can save yourself some effort... why not go for it.

Hi @jennifer_dungan

many thanks for your quick response and the confirmation, that it is not possible in the old Report Builder. I will have a look into the new Report Builder functionalities, and hope that the sorting is also available for columns.

Best regards

Matias
