Report builder: requests gone

I made an excel file full of report builder requests two weeks ago, and if I reopen it and log in to report builder, there seem to be no more report builder requests. I do see the old results, but I cannot update the file, and if I click 'manage' in the add in tab, it says there are no requests.

Any ideas on how to solve this (other then remaking the excel)?

Thanks for your note.

Try to disable and re-enable Report Builder addin and see if it works. Also check for your firewall settings, if they are conflicting with it.

Thanks for reaching out to Adobe Community.

When you right click on the data that you have extracted, do you see the edit request option or not? 

Also try some of the steps mentioned here to optimize requests and see if that works:

Nope, I don't see the request option. Everything tells me there are no requests.
