Report Builder 5.6: Edit Metrics Across Multiple Requests

In Adobe Analytics, the latest version of Report Builder available to download using the menu (Tools > Report Builder) is version 5.5.

My organization needs to use a feature from the October 2017 release (version 5.6), Edit Metrics Across Multiple Requests.

Where can this version be obtained?

Even though the Report Builder download page indicates v5.5, the Report Builder version downloaded from that webpage will be version 5.6.
