refund import

Hi,

I did a test upload (.txt, .fin) for refund import via data sources incl. date, transactionID and 1 evar, 3 events. But some connections seem not to work.

- I have one out of 3 test orders, that is not connected to any evar

- I have one test order with two units, however a breakdown by an merchandising evar, only shows a connection to one of the units

How can I fix this?

@sebastianh47520,

Please make sure the other evars you are using for breakdown are tied to the transaction ID for which you uploaded the data via Data sources.

You can pullout the data feed with columns like transactionid, post_transactionid, evar and post_evar(being used for breakdown) to check if they are tied with the transaction ID you uploaded or not.

@sebastianh47520  Merchandising evars can not be uploaded via data sources. Only normal evars can be uploaded via data sources.

Check the below document for merchandising evars and Data sources :-

I'm not uploading merchandising evars. I'm uploading date, transactionID, 1 new evar, 3 new events.

I expect after the upload to break down the new evar and events by existing evars and also existing merchandising evars.

For 1 out of 3 tests a break down by exisiting evar didnt work

The break down by an existing merchandising evar didnt work
