referring domains instances vs entries?

Hi, can you help me understand why I have 0 instances in the referring domains report but so many entries on one page?

I get the difference between site entries (which are unique per visit) and instances (which can happen multiple times during visit). But what does it mean to have 0 instances of the particular referring domain, but having almost 2k entries for a page?
