Re-sort / Drag & Drop

Allow drag and drop for resorting - hierarchy and report output.

Instead, if I need to reorder the output, I have to edit each one and redo the entire chart in the order desired

It looks like the dots on the far left of each line item refer to a movement function, but they do not move, nor can you add anything after deleting one. I have to restart the report entirely.
