Push dashboard to users feature improvements

The push dashboars to users feature is very useful but I few changes could make it extremely useful. 

1) At point of creating dashboard I should be able to assign it to a site catalyst user permissions group. This means that it will appear for all users in that permissions group. As I add and remove users from permissions groups the accessibilty to that dashboard changes. 

2) Publishing Lists should be available in the push dashboard feature

3) Filtering/search on additional user parameters e.g title, to make it easier to find users in a long list of accounts.
