Previous & Next Page Flow Reports-show Pages, Site Sections, and location props from a specific page

We have a typical ecommerce site.  Many times I will be looking at a specific page in the Next Page Flow Report and will see that users go to various product detail pages among others.  Most of the time I don't care which product page they went to.  Instead I want to know where the traffic generally flows by Site section from a particular page .  Currently this report is just page to page or site section to site section.  So I need to export the complete listing and manipulate it in Excel to get the answer.

This would be a two second look if we could see the Site sections that users go to from a particular page.  Even if the next page is the same Site Section as the beginning page, that is still helpful as it shows where traffic goes.
