Pre-Configured MSN/Microsoft Bing Discover Segments Update

"Visits referred by MSN" & "Visits referred by Microsoft Bing" need to be combined and updated. Microsoft Bing = bing.com not live.com and update MSN to capture bing not msn.

Especially with SiteCat 15, most SiteCat users won't understand these segments
