Possible to extract real time data with API?

I would like to extract customer Ids from last 30 minutes. is this possible to achieve with the API? If so, which one, 2.0 or 1.4?

You can use either of the following:

1) Real Time Reports using API 1.4

2) Livestream API

I would say that if you are capturing the customer id's in props, then I think it is possible to fetch them near real-time using either 1.4 or 2.0
