On 2D Process Maps Remove Dimming of Relationships Between Nodes

This is a particular peeve of mine since we use 2D Process Maps extensively.  Stop dimming the nodes, lines and quantities/percentages between nodes when the values are small.  That is a very irritating and useless feature since the you already have a visual of volume based on size of node.  At a minimum, provide a way to toggle the dimming for users who don’t want it.  Seems like a very easy thing to fix.
