Offer several configurable "Maketing Channel Manager" for each reportsuite

Hey guys,

the new Marketing Channel Manager is absolutely great! I started my configuration yesterday and it works fine. That's what I missed in the past. But it would be even better to have more than one configurable MCM per reportsuite. I wish we could have three of them:

1. For external traffic sources (all possible sources)

2. For external Marketing Channels (just the managed channels we spent money on - no referrers, no typed bookmarked)

3. For internal Campaigns
