Object reference not set to an instance of an object

Hi,

When I try to refresh my data in Excel using the Adobe Report Builder, I get the following error message:

Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

at

Adobe.ReportBuilder.Model.anagerComponent.AccountManager.BuildReportSuiteSettings(Dictionary`2 rsids)

at

Adobe.ReportBuilder.Model.anagerComponent.AccountManager.Save(CustomProperties& cps)

at

Adobe.ReportBuilder.Model.Manager.Component.RequestManager.Save(Workbook wb)

I also notice that all my worksheets are suddenly Protected Worksheets in Excel. I can unprotect them, but then another error shows when trying to refresh my data using Report Builder:

An error has occurred.

How can I solve my problem? Report Builder Version 5.6.14.0

Yikes, this does not sound like a friendly issue!

Can you provide any information on what you've tried so far in troubleshooting the issue? Does the issue only occur in existing workbooks, or are you seeing the same error message with a brand new workbook?
