OAuth API setup not sending data from Qualtrics into Adobe Classifications

It is my first time working with Qualtrics and I am trying to update the existing API setup to utilize OAuth tokens instead of JWT. We have not had any issues previously using JWT, but with the impending expiration we want to migrate these to OAuth.  We have not been able to successfully set up an OAuth API Connection Between Adobe Analytics and Qualtrics. Has anyone been successful in setting up a Workflow using the OAuth Connection between the platforms? If so, please help.

Hi @fishmatt ,

 

I have been able to set up Adobe Analytics API connection with other platforms using OAuth Server-to-Server. Typically for this connection setup, we need below from Adobe Analytics API project.

 

  • Client ID: The Client ID provided in the Adobe console as part of the Credential details.
  • Client Secret: The Client Secret provided in the Adobe console as part of the Credential details.
  • Scopes (optional): Scopes can be used to limit the level of access.

Can you please also ensure the API project has appropriate permissions such as Product Admin, Web Services API as this is more often the cause for API integration failure.
