New permission/role for sharing Projects

Currently only Admins can share projects within Workspace.

I have a customer who would like normal users to be able to share a Project to others within their Group.

Could we add a permission/role that could be granted to users so that they can share a Project to their Group, without having to have Admin privileges?

We are actively considering these things as we are working to augment/improve our permission model. BTW - non-admins who are owners of projects can share with others, but just not groups.
