New Metrics - Hourly Breakdown Trends

When adding a new metric to a report (i.e. visits), it would be good to be able to use the hourly trend breakdown immediately (rather than having to wait for the standard 14 days).  This would be particularly useful when testing new sections or tracking in a test environment.
