Need help: in calculated metric by dividing specific month vs last year's month

Hello,

I'm in the process of creating an engagement score using the calculated metrics in Workspace (essentially, an aggregate of 7 metrics that is indexed from previous year's same month and then weighted). 

Is there a way to have Adobe Analytics divide a month to its previous year's month (13 months back)?  So, January 2019 vs January 2018, etc.  This would be in the Calculated Metrics section of Workspace.

basically you could create a segment with the desired "date range" in it. so create 2 "hit-segments" with date ranges "13 month ago" and "last month" in it. then create the calc. metric by applying the segments to the desired metrics.
