Move "Operating System" to the top of the Mobile reports

I know I can do this with a Custom Menu.

However, I am recommending that for out-the-box SiteCatalyst, that Operating System gets moved to the top of the Mobile reports list.

Operating System is what gets all the press (and marketing attention) compared to any other Mobile report.
