Modify Dealer Code

We need to modify or review a Dealer Code in Adobe Analytics as it is not collecting visits from the dealer. There has been a change in the URL after unifying your dealer website, how can we go about modifying the URL to display data in Adobe Analytics?

Hi @exo_spain 

first of all, check the new URL if it actually includes the libraries you are looking for e.g. AppMeasurement and if used, Adobe Launch as tag manager.

Maybe they have removed the libraries and hence it is not tracking anymore.

Browser extensions like Omnibug can help you understand better what is loaded on the page (and what not)

 

Or, should the libraries be there, maybe the data layer is wrongly implemented and is not capturing data to trigger tracking calls.

 

It really is not easy to say without knowing your setup.
