Mobile Device Type Query

Back in November (4th/5th) last year, Mobile Device Type report for an App had a drop in Tablet & a rise in Other, which hasn't resolved.

I understand this report is populated via User Agent, but at the same time Device Name became available via SDK. Does Adobe use User Agent unless Device Name is available to populate this report, & if so why do Apple Tablets get classed as Other?
