Marketing Cloud Visitor ID is generated even if adobe.optIn.permissions.ecid is set to false

Hi, I can see ecid is set to false in permissions, still I can see MCVID is generated as shown in the screenshot below.

These are the settings of ECID extension

Anything wrong I am doing

Hello @ankit_eg, Just my thought, Instead of selecting determined at runtime using function, did you try selecting 'No' in Enable Opt In?
