Managing users in adobe analytics

Managing users in adobe product is a nightmare. I am trying to remove users who haven't used adobe analytics for past 1 year. I was able to get the list under Admin ---> Analytics users and assets. If I filter based on last analytics access date and I select those user ID and delete accounts will that remove them only from accessing adobe analytics or will it also affect other Adobe product access. 

Basically I am trying to learn how to manage users effectively in adobe experience cloud as it has got lots of products.
