Makes Fallout report sense when user has to visit same page twice during process?

Hi, I've got a question regarding fallout report.

 

Imagine I have a conversion process that requires user to visit page A, go to an external website and come back to page A with a query string to finally complete process by visiting page B. Note, that user can't visit page B without having followed the external link.

Would the fallout report page A > page B > page A make sense in this case?

The fallout report would make sense but it would start from the second time the visitor visits the page A. Thanks!
