Make it possible to make a real full copy of the existing RS for the Administrators

Unfortunately, every time when I need to make a copy of an existing RS I have to make a new RS by using the option “Duplicate an Existing Report Suite” first and then ask Client Care to copy all the setting to this new RS out of the existed one again. This is really inconvenient. The Duplication does not provide the Administrators with the desired result.
