Make it as easy to copy the list of excluded IPs to other report suites the same as processing rules

Right now we have to enter IP addresses manually when excluding them in Admin. I'd love to be able to copy them to other reprot suites the same as we can do with Processing Rules. Either one-by-one or the whole list and apply to a single or several report suites, all with a few clicks.
