Issue with Appmeasurement Library load

I am facing a weird issue frequently. AppMeasurement.min.js showing 503 error, sometimes it shows as cancelled and for few scenarios Appmeasurement_Module_ActivityMap.min.js shows cancelled. It looks issue with Adobe server. Can anyone suggest.
