Integration of paid media platforms with Adobe Analytics

Currently we are analyzing the paid media campaigns manually which is labor intensive work with more risk of errors. The integrations with Facebook, Twitter and Google ads will enable us to monitor the performance in real time and suggest optimizations to the relevant teams quickly and effectively.

Below are my questions:
1. How can we integrate paid search data from digital advertising platforms like Google AdWords with analytics?
Below is the link which helps:
https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/analytics/import/use-cases/paid-search-metrics.html?lang=en

But this would be the manual process that we have to do every time.
2. Is there any way we can automate this process? If yes, then how? If no, then please suggest any other alternatives.

The link that you provided is to import the data from your paid media systems into Adobe Analytics via Data Sources. This can certainly be automated in 1 of 2 ways: FTP or API. See https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/analytics/import/data-sources/datasrc-how-data-sources-works.html?lang=en.

Alternatively, if you're willing to pay for another Adobe product, you can consider getting a licence for Marketo Measure. This product integrates with the paid media systems, allowing you to manage your campaigns in its one interface. The data can then be fed automatically into Analytics without much setup. See https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/marketo-measure/using/api-connections/utilizing-marketo-measures-api-connections/integrated-ad-platforms.html?lang=en and https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/marketo-measure/using/marketo-measure-and-adobe/marketo-measure-integrations-with-adobe-analytics.html?lang=en for more info. (Note: I don't have any experience with Marketo Measure.)
