Does Adobe Analytics offer a report that is similar to the industry benchmarks report in Google Analytics?

Market Channel report is similar. But you need to make sure you have Marketing Channels defined.

I suggest you try forming what you need in Analysis Workspace. You can dynamically make what you want to do analysis on.
