Adobe Analytics

Hello! My team launched a new adobe target activity that happened from 4/11 - 4/17. I'm able to see the "Target Activity" and "Experience" show up in dashboards, and when I pull in the "Activity Impressions" metric I can see impressions during that time period. However, when I use other metrics, that don't look to be built for the adobe target experiences, I'm seeing they are still showing up on days after the target activity was turned off (e.g. 4/18 and later).Does anyone know why this is happening and a workaround? I'd like to include other metrics, in this example I have an "ID Count" which counts the distinct number of IDs.Thanks so much! 

Hi there, I got a question about cross sub-domain visit, generally speak:Will cross sub-domain visit being counted as "Bounce"? Background:There are 2 sub-domains:1.domain.com,2.domain.com,both tracking under same report suite: domainglobalRecently, it's interested to see the PV/Visit is getting lower on 1.domain.com, but Bounce% is also lower. in 1.domain.com, there is a button, once user click, will be direct to 2.domain.com, and the tracking is "Click" on 1.domain.com, but not PV So, the question comes:as in the first screen shot, the PV/Visit and Bounce% are only counted for 1.domain.com, will this be the reason of both down going PV/Visit and Bounce%?  There is another additional question:On the other hand, IF there is no tracking "Other Click" for the click in 1.domain.com, will it be a bounce? (since after clicking, the PV is under 2.domain.com but not 1.domain.com)This question was asked here, but didn't understand...., coz it's said "Bounce Rate i

Hi, I see undefined error in Analytics server call , whenever i click on banner , there is two events getting triggered first is Banner click event (which is fine) but second is undefined (which is shown in SS). why undefined call is triggered? Screenshot:    Why given issue is occurred? Hi Team,The Cookies that are placed by Experience Cloud VisitorID and Adobe Analytics are First Party Cookies and can see that SameSite is blank and and secure not set by default.   So wanted to check if the Third Party Cookie deprecation would impact these Experience Cloud VisitorID and Adobe Analytics  cookies ?Any guidance would be really helpful.

Hello everyone,I am recently working on CJA, I am confused as to what I should use to correctly attribute sales to my marketing campaigns, whether to set up attribution in metrics or whether to set up persistence in dimensions, I would like to know the difference between the two and when to use one or the other, or what is the best practice for Cross-channel analytics.Thanks.

We're having an issue where our sub prod instances are able to connect to our analytics environments with no issues, but as soon as the code is moved to production, the production instance does not connect to our analytics prod environment. I would like to get an idea on what can be preventing this on the analytic side, it does appear like our prod instance has been connected to analytics outside of our code, this may be preventing the needed analytics connection to happen but we are unsure if this is expected behavior. Any ideas on why our prod instance can't connect to the analytics environment would be great help. 

Hi Team, My customer is looking to migrate app measurement implementation from ACP sdk to AEP sdk, across various mobile Apps. I couldn't find helpful information on Experience League for mobile app migration, only web.  Do you happen to have any white papers you could share to help them with this process, which also covers schemas, etc.? Hi. I have added all our related brand website (belonging to same organization) in URL filter. All those websites have different report suites. Now my question is - if a user comes to our site and from that page moves/clicks to another page of other website(which belongs to our organization) will it be considered as bounce rate? Thank You.

I have a strange behaviour with my marketing channels: the same traffic source is classified in more than one marketing channel. Is it depending on the fact that query string parameter can be used only ONCE IN A RULE WITH "AND"?What else? traffic parameters are:utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=77_br_bra_search_google_conv_52_generic_general_phrase-&utm_content= the marketing channel conditions are (campaign contains "generic", source contains "google", medium contains "cpc"):Unclassified has a lower priority (screenshot above) The traffic falls under "paid search unclassified" and partially (this is correct instead) under "Paid Search Unbranded"  

I'm currently unable to Export files or Schedule file export in Adobe Analytics Workspace.Share > Export fileShare > Schedule file exportAfter I select either option I get a never ending spinning circle. Please advise.

Experiencing an error loading Adobe Analytics on Chrome. Adobe Analytics works on Safari or incognito in Chrome, however. I already deleted cookies for all of Chrome -- as was the solution in this forum when the person was seeing the error message in Edge only -- but I'm still experiencing the issue. Any tips on how to get Adobe Analytics back working on Chrome?

Dear All, We are observing 20%-30% add to cart, checkouts and purchase events are missing on safari browser and for chrome and other browsers everything running perfect. Our events are working fine when we are testing using dataslayer but in some of the cases in safari browser events are not geting pushed to adobe like 'Add to cart' ,purchase events as well from mid of Mar,2024. All other events are like cart view, pageviews are working perfectly fine. Any one facing similar issues? 

So I have many evars and events that are used to track certain user interactions with the website. For example I have v117 to track users clicking on a part of the website.When I want to use the A4T panels and get the confidence levels how do I interpret them when it comes to that certain event? I get confused because the event is not unique by default. See Image below: When reporting on the metric I usually just add on a segment for the event and the use unique visitors on top of it but how would I know the confidence levels of that metric?

HiIs there any way to capture the clicks on the pdf files embedded in an email sent while running Email Campaigns?Very much aware that the campaign ID (CID) defined will not get captured since pdf files cant really send image requests. But still wondering if there are ways to do that?Note: Do not want to bring the user to a page prior to opening the pdf.RegardsRoy

Can I use Segments to exclude certain Visitors from different report suites? For example, I want to exclude developers' Adobe data from the prod report. My idea of how to do this is in my first Adobe event (where I send Visitor's unique userid), I also add a flag that is set depending on the condition above (if user is a dev in prod). I set an eVar to the flag in a Rule, then create a Segment that checks if the eVar is true/false. If I add the Segment to the top of the report, will it exclude ALL data sent from that user? So I don't need to pass that flag with each Adobe event; just the first one?How will this affect past data?

Hello,We recently shut down our mobile domain since our entire site is responsive now and it was no longer needed.Doing this we followed best practices to not lose ranking and traffic from search engines, for example we:- Made sure all our sitemaps were updated and correct, only containing the canonical www. URLs.- Made sure all our pages have self-referencing Canonicals to the correct www. URLs.- We implemented a DNS 301 redirect from our m. to www domain.Now to the issue..Search engines have still not re-indexed all our previously indexed m. urls to the www. version so we are still receiving traffic there.Since we have a redirect, there are no issues with this for our visitors.The problem is that, Adobe Analytics is now attributing all the mobile Search Engine traffic as direct traffic instead, which has completely ruined our ability to do any useful tracking and analysis for our SEO traffic.We believe this is because when doing the dns redirect, no referer header is included.Is ther
