Hello Community, I'd like to know how to enable onto the top menu bar at Customer Journey Analytics the options (Connections and Dataviews) Note currently I can only see the options (Projects, Components and Tools) onto the top menu bar. [ Print screen highlighting with a yellow rectangle where I expect to see the options (Connnections and Dataviews)  ]  Thank you

And how can we see if there is a dip or boost in the traffic for our website in Adobe Analytics?3. We see there is a 40% drop in the traffic in Adobe and I want to analyze this drop in traffic in detail. How can we achieve this?    Since this is my very first post I might have missed few requirements. Hi community, My question might be a bit **bleep**, but I can't find a way to trigger a tag when a user clicks on a specific button on my page.Case study:When a user process an internal search on my website, he lands on a result page with 20 products.By scrolling down to the bottom, he can click on a button "load more articles". This click adds an event in my datalayer with:- componentID : SearchResults- eventAction : pagechange When a user click on this button/or when this event is fired in my datalayer, I want to fire a rule to save all the new products loaded. Any solution here?Thank you

Is there a way to create an Admin for Analytics that would allow users to create and delete profiles but have no actual access to reports or report suites? Thanks.

Hello,  How can I create Date Range Components then put it in various reports then share those reports and the end users have the ability to change the Date Range Components? I'm using the Date Range Components as custom comparison date ranges to the report date range. I've tried several scenarios that did not work. Scenarios that did not work1) Shared report at Edit status with embedded components​ and shared the date ranges separately2) Has user do a Save As which showed her as the owner, but she still could not change the date range components3) Shared at Duplicate status with embedded components and again had user Save As yet still could not change the date range component.Thank you

Hi guys, I'm trying to create an in-workspace view of statistical significance, using a Z-Score to compare the conversion rates of two dimensions.Unfortunately, I can't think of how to format a freeform table to provide a single Z-Score to then check for significance, can anyone help or do they have any examples?Cheers in advance!

Has the segment compatibility within Data Warehouse recently changed? Specifically, looking for any 'Analytics for Target' style variables, including 'Target Activities'. Prior to the start of the year (2022), I could pull data with segments containing these variables applied. However, I can no longer do so, even when trying to re-run previously successful data warehouse pulls. The result is an empty file. These variables and corresponding values are still populating in Workspace.

I am using Adobe Analytics API (Rest interface) to fetch data from experience. I see some data discrepancy. The page views count I get for the entire hour time rage doesn't match with five minutes slices. These are my steps:1. Queried data for dateRange: 2021-11-30T10:00:00.000/2021-11-30T10:59:59.999, page views count was: 1117995.02. Queried data for dateRange: 2021-11-30T10:00:00.000/2021-11-30T10:04:59.999, and then again for dateRange: 2021-11-30T10:05:00.000/2021-11-30T10:09:59.999, and so on all the way till 2021-11-30T10:59:59.999 (in five minutes slices). When I added the page views count, the total doesn't match with the first query (for the entire hour). What could be the issue here? Are the dates in the dateRange inclusive of the boundary or exclusive? I can provide the sample Json request if you want, please let me know.

We have existing marketing channels and associated processing rules setup in several reporting suites that I want to overwrite/update. In a separate reporting suite, I created a new set of marketing channels and successfully copied them to the reporting suites that had existing marketing channels that I want to overwrite. It added the new channels and disabled (although did not remove) the old marketing channels in that reporting suite. When I go to copy over the marketing channel processing rules into the same reporting suite, I get the following error (below). Any suggestions? You cannot change the channel rules in this section because the following reporting suites do not match the templates channel configuration.

Hi there, I'm trying to upload a relatively small file (10mb, but split into 1mb chunks to test).- Browser Import says the file is too large of course, but if I upload 20 rows, I can confirm the format is right and the upload succeeds.- I created a Classifications Import FTP Account using the instructions. - But when I use that, it times out. I get different errors in diff ftp clients, but usually a variation of `ftp.omniture.com` took too long to respond.  Or I can login but the file import hangs. Any advice?  It's just not practical to do it 100 rows at a time in the browser.

Hi All, I am trying pull data from VRS ( I have admin access for this)  using Adobe Analytics API ,but It is showing I don't have access the VRS when I am calling the API.  Here I am using JWT Authentication method to achieve it. Please let me know if you have any idea on this error ? or do I need to use OAuth method ?

Do we use the same Adobe SDK for iOS and tvOS? Or there is separate SDK for each OS? thank you

Hi Community, I'm struggling to check if my tracking is well implemented in my App. I'm testing on BrowserStack. I imported my package for iOS & Android to App Live section.Last July I did a check and in the Newtork Tab I think I can remember that I was able to filter the data with either "smetric" or "/b/ss/" to find the beacon and see which data is sent to Adobe.  I first choose :Now while I'm navigating to the app, I'm not able to find any beacon or hit that has been sent to Adobe.In the meantime, when I go to a webview page (such as the user account) I can now see the hits/beacon being sent to Adobe. My questions are :- Does anyone can help me to understand why I can't see any of these in my app but I can see them on the webview?- Do you have any documentation about how to debugg it ?  Thank you for your help.  

Hi Minds,I get this error recently when trying to log into my Adobe Analytics account and go into the analytics reporting section. This is not a new account as I have been using this from more than 6 months now. I use Chrome on HP Probook. I also tried logging in on Firefox, but got the same error, which is strange. Also, I tried login after clearing Cache and Cookies. Please let me know what I could do to fix this. Thank you!

Hi, I have quite a few extensions that have available upgrades: Core, Adobe Analytics and Cloud ID service. I know how to technically roll out an upgrade in Launch, but I was wondering if there are best practices (e.g. regarding testing), that I should take into consideration before I proceed. Also, are there any considerable risks of data collection issues if I upgrade one of these specific extensions?

Can someone provide a link to instructions on capturing how many times a download link has been clicked? Using the existing page URL dimensions for the download link doesn't seem to work. But maybe that's because the link is structured like this from the main page: https://www.adobe.io/commerce-xd-kits/pwa-studio-uikit-venia-v1.3.xdWhen I add this URL to the standard page access analytics dimension in the project, the returned results are always 0.Any help would be much appreciated.

I'd like a bit more clarification on the entry path of a flow. I'm using a custom link click (eVar 40) as an entry path . Let's say this evar has two possible values only (click on sign-up; click on contact us). The flow report shows one single entry block called Entry, and a subsequent column that shows occurrences for for click on sign-up and click on contact us. Question #1: Is the second column a breakdown of first action taken by the user (entry dimension (eVar40)) or the second action taken by the user, after the entry dimension?Question #2: what does it mean to enter a path? Is it the first occurrence of the dimension within a visit? 

Hello - I am attempting to use Adobe Analytics data to replicate visits and entries using Python and then using that to visualize the data in Tableau. We know the coding logic used to replicate visits to our website/various pages on the website (screenshot below), but we cannot find a way to replicate entries.  Could someone help?  

I have a hit based segment based on an eVar that creates an audience based on a specific tracking codeI've overlaid the entry page to see which of the 5 different pages associated with the tracking code they're hittingI'm using the visits metric and looking at the last monthI'm also seeing a number of entry pages for this segment that shouldn't fulfil the criteria i.e. they would not have hit that entry page with the tracking code used for the segment.Also, all the unexpected entry pages aren't subsequent hits after midnight in the same session.Can someone help me interpret what this means?

Hi, I hope someone can help me,I am attempting to import a classification file and every time I try I get the following error message:"First column is required to be the key"The first column in my file is indeed the key so I don't understand what the issue is. I recall having this problem before and removing duplicated rows seemed to do the trick but I am at a loss here.Can anyone suggest a solution?ThanksDaf  

I previously used a Custom Report (Page Name) and was able to export page views or other metrics and view by all the individual pages (urls) in our subsite using an element to reduce the display size.  Our site has approximately 70 pages.  I need to start tracking stats again but everything has changed or I've lost access and cannot view any specific pages or metrics.  For most months, there are only results in the prior 52 week column.  And a note on the site says that the displays that I've selected do not work with elements.  I could use some guidance.  Thank you!

Hi, Is there any way to calculate deduplicated visits using a classification field as the dimension? For example, I want to get the total deduplicated Visits for the Product1 (classification field): Dimension Product SKU -> Classification Product Model Product1/A  5 Visits -> Product1Product1/B  7 Visits -> Product1Both Product1/A and Product/B in 4 Visits of 12 -> Product1 How can I get the deduplicated total (8 instead of 12 Visits) for the classified value Product1? 

Hi All, Hope you all are doing good. From yesterday onwards I am facing issues load Adobe Launch. it is retrieving 408 error. Is anyone experiencing the same issue. ? I checked on status.adobe.com, All servers are  fine in that page. Let me know how we can solve this issue.
