Hello there, I'm relatively new to a company and they've tasked me with finding out why none of our campaigns are being tracked in Adobe Analytics. We've posted links with CID in the tracking code but none of them are passing through. I've tried to get in touch with our adobe admin but she is out of office for the next 60 days and there's no one else who can help me. My question, is there a way to determine if the company doesn't use cid in the URL by using an adobe debugger on our site? Is there anything automatic that will just find it for me so that I know what I can search for? If so, I'd love a quick step by step to determine it. FYI - I'm fairly comfortable with Chrome dev tools but am just getting my feet wet with adobe debugger. Thanks!

I'm having issues with one of my dashboards. Some data was removed by mistake and I can't get it back again to how it's meant to be, so I'm wondering if there is a way to restore the dashboard to a previous version, before the removal was made. Is there an option built in for that or could the Customer Care team do this? 

I'm working for digital marketing agency in Korea.At this time, our client changed website construction tool into Adobe CQ5.It's uncommon in Korea to use it. So, we're so confused.Anyway, our site is not open now. Before opening it, we're checking something about Adobe Analytics.I wonder if we can see the correct data about Korea search engine in Adobe Analytics,like if the traffic source data from Korean search engine is correctly divided into other area from like Google.Even though the question is foolish, please answer me. 

In workspace I have a report set up looking at daily unique visits to a page across a month. The total states 11,719, but when we manually add up to over 13,000. Has anyone else experienced this or got an insight into why?

Hi All, We have been doing custom tracking for certain landing page. We used to track all the buttons/links and other particular clicks under custom script (open editor). Refer the below code for example. Since these days we have worked on many custom tracking, all these custom code falls under in to the “All Page Load Rule” which is obviously load on all the page and fire respectively for the mentioned click based on the identifier.As all the code is fall under the all page load rule, it doesn’t feel standardized and bit difficult to maintain.  Therefore, we have choose below two option and would like to know from experts which suits best in order to launch rule optimize and perfect creation.Creating separate rule for each click with specific condition if required. However, this may need to create more rule if the custom tracking has more button and links. Eventually this also increase the file size of the launch script and very much difficult to maintain.Creating one r

I'm in the process of implementing a datalayer similar to what AEM components (but without using AEM) are using, but the component property. Hi All,I am facing issues with changes in the count of some metrics like unique visitors, visits and page views month over month for one of our engagements. The count of each metrics noted earlier, for eg: if we take the month of December, the number of unique visitor is 300, visits is 711, page views is 2655, etc  however when i am checking the dashboard now with the same date range(December) the adobe report is showing change in count of unique visitor as 284(earlier it was 300), visits as 689(earlier it was 711), page views is 2651 (earlier it was 2655),etc. Similarly for all previous months its showing change in data.What may be the reason for this issue? Is there any solution to tackle it? Your responses appreciated.

There is a contradiction between the infos given in a projet and the Alert component. I create an alert based on this method :https://video.tv.adobe.com/v/25446/?quality=12&autoplay=true&learn=on I detect an anomaly in a report, right-click on an line to make an alert based on the anomaly.When i am on the alert page, it says "This alert would have triggered 0 times"

we went live with our app implementation on 21st Jan 2021, however, data is assigned to previous months as well (2020) is there a possible explanation for this?We are not reusing any dimensions or metrics so this is some very weird behavior on the Adobe Collection servers 

Does anyone have an idea on how to track USSD application using Adobe Mobile services SDK's or Launch?It would be awesome to get references to some documentation etc.

Hello, Context: I am trying to compare Month-to-Date Visits TY to Month-to-Date Visits LY in a Fallout Visualization. I also have the Month-to-Date Visits TY and Month-to-Date Visits LY in a Freeform Table to see visits by Week. I am using rolling dates for both time periods.Issue: The count of visits for Month-to-Date Visits LY in the Fallout Vis does not match the count of visits in the Freeform Table - it's off by ~3M visits. Please see screenshots below: Fallout Vis:Freeform Table in Same Panel: When I add another panel and change the date range to the same period as my segment "Dec 29, 2019 - Jan 30, 2020" and pull in a fallout vis, I am getting the same ~15M visits. This leads me to believe ~15M is the true visit count for this time period: I think there must be something with my segment. Can someone please look at the segment I have in the original fallout vis and advise on the issue?I also tried adding visits to the segment, but I am getting the same inaccur

I am an administrator for one of the Login company I have a request from one of our users who needs access to a couple of Report Suites. Now I do see that we have over 200 Product Profiles. I am not aware of how these Product Profiles are organized or which Report Suite is part of which Product Profile. Is there a way for you guys to provide us with these details so that it would be easier for us to quickly provide access rather than keep guessing and go through the 200 Product profiles searching for the Report Suites.

Hi There, I am looking to implement Event ID serialization on my website however I am curious at how Event ID serializations works in the data feeds and other data? For example if I create a hit that contains a hit with the following: Dimension ValuePageHomepageEvar20ABC123Serialized EventDEF456 Which the visitor later returns to with a different evar20: Dimension ValuePageHomepageEvar20ASD432Serialized EventDEF456 Would the entirety of the second hit be ignored (meaning the updated evar would not be seen) or just the serialized event? Thanks

Hi all, I'm trying to understand why revenue would be different using these methods. If I am looking at email channel and create a Visits based segment - revenue would be 100k. If I create a visit participation revenue metric - revenue would be 70K. If participation allocates 100% revenue to each point then why is it less than when its segmented in a visit?Thanks 

I'm the org/system admin for Adobe Analytics for our organization. I was asked to provide a log of all data warehouse pulls for our company in the past year - I reviewed the logs function in AA and it appears the option/filter for Data Warehouse specifically is not available.  Is there a way to do this myself or will I need to get it directly from Adobe Client Care? Hi All, We are trying to get the report for file downloads which are part of a dynamic link. It's like http://WWW.mycompany.com/home/category.do?data=<context_data> and context_data keeps on changing for every session of the user. We did enable the downlods tracking and link tracking but these are not getting captured in either of the filedownloads or tracked links in analytics report. Any idea how to get the these captured when the file is delivered as part of the dynamic link? Thanks,Sayabanna

Is there any OOTB way to enable forwarding of data received from Adobe Target as part of A4T integration, like Activity Name/ID, Experience Name/ID to Adobe Audience Manager from Adobe Analytics, just like Analytics is able to forward all visitor activity received from visitor browser to AAM?Adobe Target --> Adobe Analytics --> Adobe Audience ManagerThanks!

Hi, we've created a few alerts with daily time granularity. We've selected the "Anomaly Exists" condition with 90% threshold in all of our alerts, and we've been receiving alert notifications lately. My question is, is there a date range/duration to where this anomaly is being compared to in this case? For example, yesterday or last 30 days? Thanks in advance for the reply!

Visitors to one of our websites are asked to identify their intention to re-register (or not).They have until a certain date to make their final decision. During this period they can switch it between Yes/No as many times as they want. How can I create a segment that identifies the final (most-recent) selection? Ali

Hello,  I am comparing visits referred from Page A to total visits of target Page B. There is no other way to reach Page B except via one link on Page A. I am counting the referrals from Page A by a specific link instance occurring in the visit.  Currently the number of visits with the link instance are half that of the total visits to Page B. Direct visits to Page B is not the issue. I don't expect them to match, but I also don't expect them to be so different. I'm not looking for solutions, just possible causes. Thank you!

Anyone else running into an issue where Analytics, Target, Audience, or any combination of Adobe products will either not load or will endlessly ask to login if there are multiple tabs of each open in Chrome?  For instance, my startup tabs in Chrome include Target, 3 specific Analytics workspaces, and Audience.  Typically, the Analytics tabs will not load, then I'm forced to login in each of those tabs, which then causes the Target and Audience tabs to redirect to the top level Marketing Cloud page.  Has anyone else had this issue?  If so, were you able to remedy somehow?

Hello, I have been creating a dashboard on excel based on many report builder requests.After days of work, the data and graphs are still displayed,however all report builder requests have disappeared. How does this happen?Is there anything I can do to fix this?the add-in itself is still shown and I can log in.It is very harsh to see almost a week of hard work disappear without reason. Hope you can help,DOM
