It would be great to have a link to the report automatically included in scheduled workspace report. Although it possible to generate a link to the report and include it in the report, the link is sometimes broken and require to be updated (eg. when they are changes in the workspace report)

I recommend you to improve the current Real Time report.There are many bugs we need to overtake because currently realt time is not reliable most of the time.Basically we are talking about a few small changes, but they can make the difference.Example:"Today" column does not include the data tracked in the current time-frame. That means we usually have Now=1 and Today=0% with the comp YOY and WOW sometime is not accuratethe trend we have in the main chart refers to the first dimension only! while users expect to have the trend of the metric that sovereigns the reportplease add the possibility to switch between "count every instance / count only unique instances"Jarno Rossi

Hi,Last Touch Non-Direct attribution model should be an option.Also Last Touch model gives odd numbers, the above one should help.As it is if Direct or Internal Marketing channels are set not to Override Last-Touch Channel the model will increase the None channel.Thank You!

On the Analysis Workspace 'homepage' you see a list of all your projects and projects shared with you. After a while, this list can get quite big, especially if you are creating project for other people and sharing them.It would be nice to be able to create folders so I can assign projects to different folders. I could have a folder for Projects created for others, a folder for B2C projects, one for B2B projects etc.This would make that 'homepage' cleaner and possibly easier to find the project you are looking for.

In the data warehouse if you setup a schedule it is not possible to see what date range the extract was setup to cover or the dimensions added. This can make it impossible to manage on older schedule unless you put all the details in the schedule name.It would be good if reporting date could be added to the request manager and there was a way to see what dimensions are being extracted.

Hi Adobe Team,It would be great if you could add Last Analytics Access details in experience cloud. Currently, we are reporting on Last Analytics info. of the Adobe users from Omniture portal but it will be disabled after 15th Jan'19 as we are migrating to experience cloud. We have found multiple users who didn't enable their adobe account. Hence, this info. is very useful for us to identify these users and delete their accounts or give limited accesses.Regards,Keshav

We have 38 actively used report suites.  Classifications require back end div IDs to be aligned across all 38 in order to create a classification on a variable. When one report suite is misaligned, there is no way to easily identify which report suite is misaligned or to update all report suites with new classification or div values at the same time. You would need to manually click through all report suites to identify the delta, delete, and realign. ALL manually.Occasionally as well, you may have a report suite with the same friendly named classifications, but the back end div IDs could be out of sync depending on how they were created in the past.  There is no way to see the div IDs in the client facing UI to know which one is misaligned. Again, the only way to correct this is to delete all classifications in all report suites and start over. I would love to be able to use the new CIRD format to add IP address ranges to BOT rules and to Exclude by IP settings At the moment I can not exclude 40 CIRD values of internal traffic using Exclude by IP as:- 40 CIRD include roughly 400 IP addresses and I can only add 50 - I can not define ranges I have to use BOT rules which cater for IP rangers, however it would be a good time to update the tool to cater for new CIRD formatting.It will bring the solution up to speed with the new standards and will save me a lot of time for playing with more exciting Adobe stuff Thanks!

Currently we duplicating query using the below option,"Right Click > Copy Request" then "Right Click > Paste > Absolute Input" We need shortcut like "Ctrl + C" to copy and "Ctrl + V" to Paste Absolute Input, which helps create many queries in short time.RegardsAshok

Need a way to show hour to date sales for comparison to last year.  If you use the YOY Basic Tempate in Workspace and click on the calendar, hour is not an option.  Please add hour as an option.

We are making extensive use of virtual report suites to manage the way we share & present data throughout our organisation.However, the lack of support for Data Sources potentially wreaks havoc on our carefully planned virtual report suites strategy.The problem is that every time a user requires access to the data uploaded via data sources (e.g. e-mail sent, opened, bounced etc.) we have to open up access to the underlying report suite completely bypassing our carefully curated virtual report suites.Please can you consider adding support for Data Sources to Virtual Report Suites?

It seems that once I share a project with anyone in the Workspace I can no longer have 0 persons under the sharing list. The update button is grayed out when I leave no name under the sharing option.

I found a bug in the admin section of Adobe Analytics. If you select multiple report suites, and edit Traffic Variables / Commerce Variables / Success Events, it will show you “Multiple” if there are different names, settings, etc. – If you click on “Multiple”, you will be able to see the different names/settings and you are able to overwrite the value if you want to.This works perfectly for every link but for the Type of Success Events. If you click on “Multiple” for a Type, it won’t show you the different types (Disabled, Counter, …), but it will show you the different names. So it happens the same as if you click on “Multiple” in the name column, but you aren’t able to inspect the type differences.It would be great if you could quickly solve the bug, as we’re currently comparing report suite differences, and need to compare the types of our success events.Best,Stefan

For workspace projects that are built around a specific use case, e.g. the detailed analysis of a specific site feature, it'd be extremely helpful if we could upload a screenshot/image and place it next to our visualizations to provide context and better tell the story with data.

In legacy Reports, I can filter very powerful, including "starts with", "contains one of", "advanced" etc.In Workspace, the same feature only offers "contains" and "does not contain".I wish that I'd have the full flexibility in Workspaces as well.

I was referring this page browserWidth , as per this document browserWidth will be setup before "doPlugin" but this is not correct for AppMeasurement. It was working fine for s_code.

HiWe are currently preparing the migration of Analytics users to the Adobe Experience Cloud. As we have quite a few users, we practiced the migration with five users first, which was worth it.Here the feedback they came up with and some interesting findings after 3 client support sessions.I think some of them might be interesting for your own migration :In Analytics the login happened with usernames (in our case NOT the E-Mail adress), while in the Adobe Experience cloud, the user logs in with his/her E-Mail Adress. This fact is not reflected in the login dialogs.When users use their old bookmark (e.g. sc3.omniture.com) and login to with their Adobe ID oder Federated ID, the first login attempt fails and you have to try login a second time. Current Workaround: User shall use the new url "experiencecloud.adobe.com".The example mail given in Analytics Migration Help references "marketing.adobe.com", which leads to a redirect. Our organization uses dashboards to convey relevant reporting to key stakeholders. The analytics reporting team builds and maintains dashboards that other management users access to keep in touch with feature and segment performance. However, the number of shared dashboards that we manage actively means that it is difficult to locate specific dashboards in the manage dashboard window because they are not currently organized at all. The ability to sort by name, by creator, by date last updated, or store in relevant folders would be a HUGE improvement for this feature.

Adobe Analytics User A is leaving their position. User A has created some segments and workspaces. Some of these workspaces are scheduled to be delivered to multiple people on the first of each month. Today we are able to transfer User A's workspaces and segments to User B, but not the Scheduled Projects (aka the scheduled delivery of the pdf/csv of the workspace).If a new person wants to also receive one of User A's projects on the first of the month, User B can schedule the delivery of the project. If a current recipient wants to be removed from the list, or if the report delivery date needs to change, User B cannot do so. Only the Adobe Analytics Admin can make these changes.It would be great if we could transfer Scheduled Projects from one user to another, just like workspaces, segments and reports.

Let's face it - bots are getting smarter. Bot Filtering needs to get smarter too. Bots are getting better at changing user-agents, IP addresses, domains and more in between visits. Bots are now even adding delays between page views to look more like a normal visitor. And don't forget, they're running JavaScript too. Adobe needs to expand Bot Filtering to use look-alike modelling to discover visits with abnormally high page views.Similar to this Idea: http://ideas.omniture.com/t5/Idea-Exchange-for-Adobe/IAB-Bot-List-Segment-in-Analytics/idi -p/11708    we need a way to be able to apply 'Bot Segments' to reports so we can better understand what traffic changes will result prior to committing them as rules. Right now the industry is losing too much accuracy in our data to rely solely on a black box of IP and user-agent based filtering.

Hopefully a very small / easy request that would make life a lot easier. The ability to share with individual users and groups is great however on a relatively frequent basis we need to make a lot of changes and manually having to search for each user (or group) one at a time to unselect them is a massive pain. Is there a way you could add an "Unshare All" action so when we want to unshare all or unshare all to add a handful of people back on manually it's not quite as onerous?

It would be very useful if there was a way to "expand all" processing rules for a report suite

Hi, Currently in Adobe, we use a few calculated metrics that rely on averages. We use arithmetic mean when calculating Average Order Value(Sum of Revenue divided by Sum of Orders) and Average Selling Price (Sum of Revenue divided by Sum of Units). Unfortunately, when applying these calculated metrics to a smaller population or segmented data set in Adobe Analytics, the mean does not account for outliers. It would be nice if calculated metrics had a harmonic mean function.

When viewing a freeform table containing URLs it would be helpful to be able to open those links directly in a new tab.Currently I get around this by copying to clipboard and pasting, then deleting the metric info that gets copied too before loading the page.Ideally an option on the right click menu saying something like "Go to link" or "Load page". Anything!
