  why cart additions are double than of cart cart units? we set both in add to cart click so I expect both numbers to be almost near.

Hello all, 1. Currently we are using Adobe Analytics v1.4 APIs for fetching Realtime Report Suites data. Is this going to be sunsetted with the Report&Analytics deprecation scheduled to happen at end of 2023? 2. Does Adobe Analytics v2.0 APIs support Realtime Report Suites data fetching currently? Thanks

Need help locating "Recovered Projects" folder.    It is supposed to save recovery version for about 7 days.   It is not under workspace projects.

Question: I am using the segment for New vs Return visits and I am seeing Return visits equal to New visits. I am using the older report suite, but my site is new. So,if I filter it out by my new site then the new visits should be higher then return visits. But, that is not so. Any suggestions for debugging?

While I understand there are "first touch" and "last touch" dimensions, as well as "attribution" reporting, my team and I are trying to figure out a way to get the raw user journey data. We'd like to do some analysis a bit deeper than what Adobe Analytics offers natively. I've attached a screenshot containing an example of what we're trying to export (we'd have some more columns, but this is the general idea). We'd like to be able to see all of the touchpoints (including middle, not just first and last) and the referrer data (channel and URL,etc.) for every consumer journey (ultimately leading to a conversion or not). Is this possible, and how would we go about retrieving this data?

When making use of the Adobe Client DataLayer extension and aiming to avoid direct integration of the data layer into the website's code, the question arises: Where should the data layer be included? Additionally, could you provide guidance on retrieving conversion variables within Omnibug?

My team is using the data layer to push events to Adobe Analytics. When I compare the Analytics results with the database results, the dashboard results are more than double the database results. Looking deeper into the issue, I noticed that the UI only fires one time per event. I am not sure what could be causing the problem.

Hello Adobe community,I have a list of around 30 pages which a manually drag and dropped into a freeform table. Now I wanted to get a list of the country visits of those 30 pages. I selected all those pages and created a segment of the selection and added that segment on a new panel and used "country" combined with "visits" in a new freeform table. No matter what I chose between Hit Visit or Visitor, I never get the same visit amount than in my list of the 30 pages. They are different results, like 560 > 700. I also tried to do the segment manually and add every page and add new ones with an "or". Page "equals" selected the page and added all the new ones with "or".What is the best case to get the countries from specific page visits?

Hey everybody!when a user enters our app and goes to enter, the app redirects them to an external login page and once concluded they are sent back to our app. However, our login system doesn't have any analytics script and our DPO doesn't allow us to add. This makes us lose any kind of tracking (UTM, deeplink, etc).In the past, if the user was already logged in and used a deep link to enter the app, the deep link worked fine and the user was redirected to a specific screen. But now we have biometric authentication, and because of it the deep link doesn't work anymore, it loses the information about which screen to open.Is there a work around this?? 

All,Launch has the capability of placing third party tags on the site, but recently i happened to do a third-party tag Eloqua via launch. we are not able to see any data being collected in Eloqua tool post a month, basically the tagging done via launch is not found to be working.Please post any such experience or solution in this scenario. 

Hello,I have a site www.abc.com and a sub domain www.xyz.abc.com . I am currently capturing the main site as a referring domain for sub-domain site hence it's not included in the internal url filters. When I look at the referrer traffic, most of the values passed are www.abc.com instead of the actual page customers are coming from www.abc.com/entireurlThis may have something to do with the Chrome's referrer policy that was implemented in 2020 https://plausible.io/blog/referrer-policy Do you think this could have anything to do with the value I am seeing in the report. Is there a workaround to see the entire url for referrer traffic instead of just the main domain? I searched in the community but quite surprised to not see any content related to this. Is anyone else impacted by this?I look forward to your responses. Thank you.

Hi, I have struggled to refresh Power BI reports since November 5, 2023 with this error: "Unable to retrieve company mappings". Sometimes, it gets refreshed manually in Power BI desktop, but sometimes there is the same error:"Unable to retrieve company mappings".

Hi All,I was wondering if you can guide me on how to configure Adobe Analytics using a guest account.The idea is to run some tests and have a quick insight about how the information is collected by the analytics tool and the different ways to analyze and extract this information.I have already did this same approach with Google Analytics and I would like to do the same with Adobe Analytics.Based on my understandings, I cannot use the Experience Cloud Platform as it is an enterprise solution (paid). So I went ahead and try to implement Analytics using the javascript implementation (legacy). The problem is that I'm not able to download the AppMeasurement.js script from the Admin panel because this section is empty.Can you help me with this implementation or give some hints about how to proceed with it?Is there any way to subscribe to the Experience Cloud Platform using a trial or something similar?Thanks in advance!

We were running a Halloween email campaign with a discount code. We had 3 separate UTM campaigns in which the code could've been redeemed on. When I pull the orders from the UTM campaigns, it shows 825. When I pull the discount code orders, it shows 985.  Is there a way to show the discount code orders that were not redeemed in conjunction with the UTM campaign links? I know some may have ordered by clicking the UTM campaign links and didn't use the code, and others may have found the code from elsewhere and didn't come to us via the UTM campaign links. I would like to know the difference.

I have just installed the browser plugin for the Activity Map, but when I click on the plugin, the toolbar is not displayed on our websites. However, when I click on the browser plugin here on the community site, the toolbar for the Activity Map is displayed. App Measurement is installed, was also checked using Adobe Experience Platform Debugger and Activity Map is also enabled in the Reportsuite settings. AppMeasurement version: 2.22.3 (Live) and 2.25.0 (QA) What could be the problem that I can't see the toolbar on our pages?

Hi, I have some scheduled exports defined to run each morning at 2AM about data of the previous day.I noticed that sometimes the export is incomplete and sometimes it's ok.To validate this, I scheduled (at the same time as the DWH export) a report to be sent  on the segment containing the data to extract.So without any modification, the result can change by day.EX : report send on the 14/10 (so about data of the previous day)Segment definition: The export about this day:and the number of lines in the file: So some day it's ok and some day not ....Did you already see this kind of behavior ? Do you know if there is option in DWH to help by sending automatically info of the number of lines in the file ? Thanks Robin

Hi all,I have a segment that consists of a few Page IDs, I basically want to know that people who have visited these pages, what else are they doing? Primarily, what are their most visited pages and how much time do they spend on these pages. I sat on my laptop with this idea which seemed pretty easy but couldn't figure out how to execute it, I think it's because I am fairly new to AA.
