Import facts from app stores [apple App-store and google play store]

Our App is available on iOS and android. To enable a consolidated view on relevant figures I'd like to import facts as number of downloads on a daily or hour-bases and others into my report suite.

I work mainly in workspace. Customer 'Metro Int.'

You can import this data via Adobe Analytics data sources: Data Sources Help

Basically if you have access to the data you can manually upload (via FTP) a tab-delimited file, or you can connect Adobe Analytics via an API to collect the data.

I find this a very short and easy answer to a very complex task. Would you be able to give detailed step-by-step advice on how to achieve this, maybe in a video tutorial? How to format the data in CSV files? How to map the data back-end? How exactly to import?
