Hi, I am not sure what you mean by "Soft Breach" (or "Hard Breach" for that matter). This might be a term specific to your company, or maybe just a term I am unfamiliar with...

 

To me a "breach" sounds like a legal contract in violation... which I don't think it what you mean.
