I used to be able to share short links e.g. https://www4.an.adobe.com/x/3_abcd5

That isn’t the case anymore and my links look like this:

Any thoughts on how to fix this? Thank you!

I am also noticing the same thing with my project. This is likely something that the back end Adobe teams have done, changing how they format the sharing URLs. I do agree that the shorter ones were nicer to be able to share with other people. Unfortunately, as most of us on here don’t work for Adobe there isn’t anything we can do about it.

You could try messaging Adobe support and asking if there is any way to get the short URLs back, or at the very least just giving them your feedback about the change to pass on.

I am also getting the same experience… like @MandyGeorge I recommend contact Client Care and asking why the Short Link is no longer being provided.

Hey both, Adobe was very quick to give me a response to the question:

“The new sharing behavior, that you mentioned, is expected and working as designed: Analytics now returns the canonical Experience Cloud project URL instead of a separate shortlink. These links are designed to remain valid (they don’t have an expiration and do not change) for as long as the workspace project exists. There is no other change and the share URLs continue to work as documented: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/analytics/analyze/analysis-workspace/curate-share/shareable-links”
