How to calculate bounce rate with a metric

Hello,
I want to calculate the bounce rate for a report. I realized that the "bounce rate" metric is not available among my metrics, therefore I tried to create a new entry from "metrics" --> "Add" and there I set-up the follow configuration:

Is this correct?
