How can I send CJA filters as audiences to Adobe Target without a CDP in place?

I found that CJA APIs don't have audience export functionality, but AEP has an API for exporting audiences. Do I need a CDP subscription to access this API? If not, what are the relevant APIs to share an audience from CJA to Adobe Target?

The only way to access CJA audiences outside CJA is by publishing it to AEP and then from their the activation options available either through UI or APIs.

In order to use AEP API for exporting audiences I believe the API credentials will need to have access to CDP as the activation requires certain permissions in terms of destinations, profiles and segments.

@dhana2 CJA is built on top of the AEP data source. It seems that if you have access to CJA, your org should have AEP as well, but you might not have access to the AEP sandbox—can you check that?

Yes AEP license is required as AEP API needs authentication which will be validated against your AEP sandbox
